Oil Problem Empty Oil Problem

Post  Byrum548 May 3rd 2009, 11:21 am

Hi Everybody,
Yesterday I started my Super 12. It's a 1968. Try to start it once a month. I let it fun for awhile. I noticed some oil on top of one of the head bolts. What could cause this? I engine has been completly overhauled and has only a few hours on it. All the head bolts are tight.

Thanks guys for all your help..............................

Do you have the right washers on the head bolts ? I had a old SS12 that showed oil on ONE head bolt. I pull that ONE bolt and put some thread sealer on it and it worked for me.
