What ENGINE PACKAGE TO KEEP
I have found that pistons on the SS16 Onan Engine package are hard to find... at least not in production at this point. Given this, I am wondering if I am making a mistake by keeping the Onan SS16 and parting out the ST 16 Tecumseh. Would you guys think it is better to keep the Tecumseh engines.. given parts SEEM more avalible??? and part out the Onan 16?? Or would you think if I ever do need pistons for the Onan 16 I could find them throught you guys?? or another source. Looking for advise? I am truiong to deide which tractor to restore and which to part out! Thanks, in advance. Buzz

Re: What ENGINE PACKAGE TO KEEP
The Onan will be smoother as the result of the opposed cylinders, the Tecumseh will use significantly less fuel.
