Is the Suburban 3-Point hitch " category 0"?

Does anyone know if " category 0" implements from places like agri-fab, northern tool, etc. will work with my SS/12 3-point hitch (917-253060). I've searched the net alot, and have seen both Yes and No answers, so now I'm just confused.
