super 12 hydro trac Empty super 12 hydro trac

hello im wondering if anyone can tell me this find i got. i have found out that the super 12 hydro tracs were only made 3 years. mine looks closest to the 68, but the hood is different in mine the grille is smaller i can not find one like it i thought it may have been broken but i found out its not. can anyone help me out?
