48" Mower Deck Manual

I have looked all over the internet for an operator’s manual for a sears 48” mower deck for the suburban tractors (Model # 917.253160) and only found one listed at http://sears.pammar.net/manuals.html. The problem is manual is not scanned and the person that owns the site is ill and doesn’t foresee ever making a copy available. I would be happy to pay for a copy or even a scan if anyone has one or knows where I can get one. Any help is appreciated.
