Can anyone please help me out. Did the 1966 Suburban 12 have a PTO belt guard or is the pulley exposed? Also, does the steering wheel center cap pry off to get to the steering wheel bolt? I don't want to damage it since it's near perfect. Thanks.

I do not know about the other but I have a 1968 Suburban. It has a plastic cap on the steering wheel and I simply pried it off with a small screwdriver. When I replaced it I used silicone to hold it on.

It does have a guard on the engine pulley. It is held in place by clip pins passing through the pins sticking out from the block near the pulley.
