Mower deck

Does anybody know what is the biggest deck that can be coverted to go on a SS12? Mine is a 42".

The larger standard deck is a 48 inch cut. I suppose you could convert something larger of course by welding on mouting brackets from a Sears deck. I would check tire clearance on the deck while in a full lock turn before making any welds. And keep in mind that a larger deck will use more horsepower, so the tractor may not be able to handle heavier or longer grass.

I have a 1966 ss12. I`d like to use a rear bagger for catching grass and leaves. The deck is a 44 inch with 3 blades. I tried to adapt a bagger from an `03 Craftsman but, the deck outlet is at a different angle. I`m NOT going to modify the 66 deck. Any solutions here?
