Have an FF 20 I actually had forgotten that I had under a tarp in my machine shed. Lost track of this forum and just getting back to it due to health issues. Any experience out there concerning the shifter/detents. I had the engine completely overhauled and found a new engine cooling shroud but due to move and then health went to back burner. Was told it had a Peerless transmission made in Prarie du Chein Wisc but cant seem to find anyone either knowledgeable or willing to address it. Goes into gear but need to either hold it in gear or use a bungee cord on the shifter.???? Is the 20 h.p. Onan model w/ Cat '0' fittings and what i believe is a 540 rear PTO w/ a shaft drive front PTO. Got some manuals but not exploded drawings. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The Mongo
