want run or keep running when you get it cranked, have been to the lawn mower repair twice they got it going and try to use and it starts doing the same and wont crank i tk they put a diapham in carb or worked on carb?

put a 4-6 psi electric fuel pump on it... wire it in to the keyswitch or coil..
