PAINT FOR ST 16
I need to find a matching paint in a rattle can. Hard to find it. It is a yellow with very light green tent. Tried the harvest gold, cat yellow, school bus yellow and none works. Would very much like to put this ST 16 back to original color. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks

PAINT FOR A SEARS SUBURBAN
NO ONE IS REPLYING BECAUSE YOU WON'T FIND SEARS YELLOW IN A RATTLE CAN, NEW CAT YELLOW IS THE BEST YOU WILL FIND. IF YOU ARE REAL SERIOUS ABOUT THE COLOR GO TO HARBOUR FREIGHT AND PURCHASE A $20 PAINT GUN IF YOU DON'T HAVE A AIR COMP. BORROW ONE OFF YOUR FRIEND, GET A QUART OF CAT YELLOW A SMALL CAN OF GREEN PAINT, MIX TILL YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE COLOR, OR YOU CAN TAKE A PAINT SAMPLE TO MOST PAINT STORES & GET SOME MIXED.
GOOD LUCK

ST16 color
I don't know if this helps, but according to the Sears paint document on this site your ST16 (and all similar tractors like SS16, SS18) are Aztec Gold. Try Sherwin Williams for the color match. You will still need a sprayer.

I have a 1974 ST16, I found the ACE HARDWARE brand Cat yellow to be a spot on match to my original color. Sun fade, weathering, etc. may have played a roll in changing the original color slightly though
