Hey guys i just got my new dozer model 917-253360. every thing is great except the bolts that hold the frame sections together are supposed to have a bushing that goes in there and there are gon so the frame of the dozer has a bunch of slop.. the sears part numer is 5222H ans is #42 in the sears parts scematic but it is not available anywhere anyone have anytips on a possible interchange part. thanks

12 , just measure the O.D. = outside diameter ( the hole the bushing goes into ) and the I.D. = inside diameter ( the size of the bolt ) then check out a hardware store like ACE , they stock some standard size bushings may find something there and you may have to cut to the length needed. is the larger hole of the two holes round or elongated from the bolt beating around loose ? if so and you can't find a bushing , you can drill a bigger hole and make your own bushing using the correct size bolt to hole ( i would get a grade two bolt that is the lowest grade and cheap and easy to drill ) , cut off the bolt head , cut to length needed , and drilling the stock bolt hole size through center . hope this helps > tim
