Eletric 3pt Hitch Empty Eletric 3pt Hitch

as i said in the custom section i just aquired a new to me gt14 variadrive with the eletric 3 pt hitch my question about this is the the actuator push down with the same force as it can pick up.. and if not is there a actuator available that will push down on the ground engaging attacmentes with more force
