1966 Sears Suburban 12

I recenly purcahsed a 1966 SS12 like my grandfather owned many years ago and need to replace the original Sears tires came on the machine. Can anyone suggest where I couild locate new tires? I have seen simliar front tires from Carisle, but they were not identical. I have ben unable to locate anything that resembles the original rear tires. I appreciate the assistance. Here are the original sizes and part numbers:

Part Number: 6376H
Front: 4.80x8

Part Number: N/A
Rear: 23 x 8.5-12

Did you find tires yet as I'm taking mine off and they're in great condition.

Are the tires cracked or dry rotted? What size are the rear tires? It would be helful if you could provide a photo. Thanks.
