Sears LT 10E

We have a Sears LT 10E in our basement from 1975. It has a 36" mower deck along with a snow blade. It is in excellent condition as far as appearance, but the motor is a Tecumseh engine, and needs to be replaced. The motor has been removed, although we still have it. I am wanting to sell this, and am hoping that someone on here could give me a ballpark at what it might be worth? We have the original owner's manual too. thanks for any help you can give me!!
