Crying or Very sad Sundenlly I cannot seem to shift gears without the trans grinding. Is there some adjustment I am missing???

check the drive belt , watch and see if the belt stops when you push the clutch in . adjust belt idler or may be time to replace belt > tim

Very Happy Thanks Tim Although I do not have an adjustable idler, I did adjust the brake to allow the lever to travel farther and trap the belt. Thanks again
