sears steering bushings Empty sears steering bushings

Hello.I have a Sears ST16 and ST12 Hydro and would like to replace the
steering bushings in both.Anyone have knowledge of the best method of how to
get these out ane put the new ones in.They don't make these bushin anymore,
so is there any place to get replacements.Thanks
