Electric three point lift for sale

I have a very good condition suburban electric three point that i am considering selling.It has the stuff for the arms and such too,with the original actuator,which works but is weak going down,and the overrun clutch kicks in,think it just need a rebuild. asking $450,or make me an offer.

I would also consider a trade for a narrow frame Cub Cadet hydraulic lift unit,yeah i know its a Sears page,just thought i would throw that out there.

If i do end up keeping my lift,does anyone know much about the actuators? Such as how much a rebuild would be? Thanks.
