SS15 FIND!!! Value???

I got a call from a guy who's dad passed away wanting to sell me a garden tractor...Here is what I found

72 SS15 running, working lights, original paint (some touch up and slight wear.surface rust areas) but very presentable
original working deck still on the tractor...
3 pt hitch
he drove it and mowed with it some for me...needs a battery

AND....

a disc
moldboard plow
cultivators
row buster
original BLADE and a hame made adapted planter too

What is this worth or a close price?

I know I can get the tractor for $300 or less (he offerd that price)
Ithink $500 or less will get it all..yeah..I'm going back with a trailer....

What ya think??
